Benet 2020/2021 LACROSSE INDOOR PRACTICES

There will NOT be any indoor practice for this upcoming winter unfortunately, due to the pandemic. We will send updates to everyone as they become available.

Benet Indoor Practices (DUE TO COVID -NO INDOOR PRACTICES THIS YEAR)

Team: All teams (Varsity, JV, Freshman)

Dates: TBD.

Location: Naperville Yard Sports Complex (Address: 1607 Legacy Circle, Naperville 60563)

Equipment: Players bring all equipment and equipment. Benet Pinnie required.

Transportation: Freshman and Sophomores requiring rides can contact upperclassmen

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING 2020/2021- Trainer MIKE SETTLE

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE for ALL the PLAYERS

Mike Settle, who many of the boys know already, is the trainer that was working out with the lacrosse boys off season last year at Benet. Due to Covid and strict guidelines, he is not able to meet with them currently at school. He has offered to work with the boys and is available Monday, Wednesday, Friday's from

4-5:15pm, and Saturday's at 10am. He is 250$ for a month. He will look into going later if it interferes with practices. The facility he is training out of is Dick Cook Athletics on 10S224 Schoger Dr. in Naperville. He is handling ALL payments and signups. We will let you know when Benet allows us to have Conditioning sessions on campus.
